- Sunday ledger grid — members by Sundays for the selected month; click a cell to add a contribution and totals update immediately.
- Cash, check, or online methods — check number is captured on check entries, and multiple entries per date are supported.
- Corrections, not deletions — every correction stores the previous value, the new value, the reason, the actor, and the timestamp.
- Idempotent writes — each contribution carries an idempotency key so an accidentally repeated save never duplicates the entry.
- Hash-chained audit — every financial state transition is cryptographically linked to the previous one, so tampering is detectable.
- CSV and PDF export — filter by date range, member, or method; preview on screen, then download a signed PDF or CSV.
